Sammie Hovis is an American actress, dancer, and singer. She is trained in tap, jazz, hip hop, clogging, ballet, lyrical, and jazz funk. Dancing in competitions for almost ten years, she placed first overall many times, both as a soloist and group participant. After competing, she began her professional career as a choreographer/instructor, specializing in tap. She moved to Los Angeles in 2017 and has received dance instruction in all styles from some of the industry's top choreographers, including Kyle Hanagami, Matt Steffanina, Hamilton Evans, Greg Poland, Simone Posey, and others. She has now moved back to the East Coast and is excited to share her passion here!
